We are available for same-day (or Back to back) check-in if needed 7 days a week 365 days a year and offer dependable, consistent cleaning of your rental units that can be easily scheduled after each check-out. We're thorough and fast so your units will always be done on time!

 

Our cleaning service starts with a detailed clean of your vacation rental, which brings it up to a maintenance level. This is completed by a team of our professional vacation rental cleaners and supervised by a manager. The "First Time Clean" will then be followed with Regular Vacation Rental Cleaning that is adjusted to your guest turn-over schedule. The "Regular Vacation Rental Cleaning" service includes a combination of regular cleaning duties plus rotating duties which will keep your short-term rental in tip-top shape throughout the year!

What you can expect:

• Thorough cleaning between guests.
• Launder linens and towels.
• Changing the bedsheets and making the bed(s).
• Set out Clean Towels.
• Spot check and clean inside refrigerator and cabinets, remove perishables.
• Sanitizing all surfaces.
• Dusting all surfaces.
• Vacuuming the floors.
• Mopping the floors.
• Emptying the trash.
• Hygiene supplies restocked as needed.
• Re-staging the property furniture and fixtures to there original positions.
• Some light Maintenance and Guest evaluations after guests departure to determine if damage has occurred.
• We will provide our own cleaning supplies.

Pricing is based on the way the property is run as each host is different so we adjust the price to each unit. We have units from $20. all the way up to $300. per turn depending on the work involved.
