We are quite often looking for honest (Quick) hard workers who enjoy cleaning and have an awesome personality. I would not mind training the right person as long as they get satisfaction in cleaning. You must be patient, hard-working & trustworthy. This job is straightforward and the units are generally left in very good condition. (We only clean 5 star rated AirBnB’s.) Typically none of the units we will be cleaning have been occupied for more than four days most are just the two day weekend (Friday night arrival and check out on Sunday morning.)
Requirements are simple,
Cleaning experience is not required but always welcomed if you have it.
You must have a smartphone.
You must be able to make beds, wash and fold linens, vacuum and detail clean the unit.
You must not have any misdemeanors or felonies within the last 10 years.
You must have reliable transportation with valid insurance and drivers license.
You must be able to work the weekend!! (Sunday and Monday are always the busiest days of the week for us.)
*Must be able to bend, lift, and to carry 40 pounds up and down stairs
*Follow Directions
*Must have extreme attention to detail
*Must have a great attitude
*Must be quick and efficient
*Must be a team player
*Must have common sense
Our agency’s expectations:
• Reliability & Punctuality. (Start Time is always 11:00 am SHARP!! This is time sensitive work. If you are late you will be let go.)
• Professional appearance & behavior. (Do to the nature of the contracts a professional, honest, and well-groomed appearance is VITAL!)
• Do your best at every appointment.
• The provider takes ownership of their work.
• Communication with staff about issues at the jobs.
